Design & develop easy to navigate website targeted for luxury home builders and general contractors in Arizona.

Solution

We designed a single-page scrolling website with legible, high contrast copy and low data density. Asymmetrical image elements and the incorporation of real-world objects were conscious design decisions tailored to a demographic more comfortable with a pen and paper than a computer or smartphone.

Showcase extensive custom build portfolio and provide resource centre for both new and existing clients.

Solution

Data heavy design requirements mandated detailed research of traffic flow. Website details every build-to-suit lot available from Hallmark Homes, including lot dimensions, micro and macro lot maps, and integrated Google Maps and Google Streetview. Public and password protected client resources. New website has over 1500 more page views per month than old design, with an average visitor stay 1:52 longer than industry benchmarks.
